TROOP 751 COMMITTEE MEETING NOTES
September 14, 2009
v Treasurer’s report – Troop balance $2592.13; Individual Account balance $2313.10; Savings account balance $4173.27; Scout shop balance $144.13.
v Popcorn sales start this month. Each boy has a $200 sales goal. Those who make their goal will share in the profits. Profits will be split 50/50 with the troop account. Orders are due back 10/26 (11/2 last chance). Pick up is 11/21. Money is due 12/7.
v CARITAS is 9/28. David W. will stay the night (tentative). Hazel is coordinating the food. We’ll do the Pizza Hut thing again this year.
v Tara is in charge of Scouting for Food in November. Bags out weekend is 10/31. Bags in is 11/7.
v The boys will be meeting at the VFW on Saturday for the POW-MIA dinner. They will be serving the food. They need to arrive by 4 pm, in full class A uniform.
v Next committee meeting 10/12/2009 at 7 pm. At least 1 member of each family should register as a committee member and attend the meetings each month.
v Board of review – No BoR in September. Next scheduled BoR is 10/19.
v PLC is 7/23 at 7 pm.
v Next Court of Honor is 12/7/2009.
v Jonathan B is looking at December 19 for his Eagle Court of Honor
v The Swisher Eagle Court of Honor is 9/20 at 3 pm.
v Vicki is stepping down as Secretary. Her work schedule will make it impossible to continue to take the meeting notes.
