    Notes:

1.All scouts must be in Class A uniform Friday. Scouts will be able to change into their hiking clothes before we start the trail.

    2. Scouts are encouraged to share consumable items such as toothpaste, insect repellent, soap, etc. with their tent mate.

    3. No personal food should be packed. The patrol will plan a nutritious menu, extra food will only add unnecessary weight.

    4. All of these items should be as small and lightweight as possible. For example, toothpaste should be a small travel size. Insect repellent should be a small size (or shared between scouts). All clothing should be lightweight.

    5. All clothing should be packed in small plastic bags. If possible, bags should be clear (i.e. ziplock bags) or color-coded to make items easier to locate. Several small bags are preferable to one large bag.
